The Weekly Reset is a guided meditation and connection circle to help you release stagnant energy, clear your mind, and realign with your highest self.
Each session explores a different transformational theme — from abundance, love, clarity, confidence, and self-trust — to help you shed what’s no longer serving and step into your next level.

This week’s theme is: Abundance ✨💫
This session is an energetic activation of your natural state of abundance. We’ll release scarcity thinking, expand your capacity to receive, and connect to the deep truth that you are already enough — and more is always available.
Through breath, presence, and guided visualization, we’ll shift your frequency from lack to overflow, opening the path for aligned opportunities, love, wealth, and joy to flow in.

• 19:00 Guided Meditation (35–40 min)
