The Spring Equinox Sound Bath is an immersive group experience curated to invite sacred vibration, community presence, and collective resonance. Guided by John and Geoffrey, this sound bath is designed to support deep relaxation, energetic restoration, and subtle renewal at the crossroad between Winter and Spring.
Held at the turning of the season - a time known for illuminated balance, fresh beginnings, and blossoming opportunity - this gathering invites you to commune with the instinctual rhythms of the Equinox. With a focus on releasing the dormancy of Winter, opening to new growth, and stepping consciously into the radiant promise of Spring, this sound bath weaves the multidimensional tones of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments into a rich field of frequency and connection, carrying your intentions into the season ahead.
