The Wellbeing Circle is a safe, intimate online space (max 5 people) where we meet weekly to connect, share, and gently support each other’s emotional health. Whether you feel like talking or just listening, you're welcome exactly as you are.

This group is ideal if you’re seeking connection but can't find a local support group or afford regular therapy at the moment. No experience needed—just come as you are.
I'm a trained Mental Health Counselor (MA) and created this space to help reduce isolation and support emotional wellbeing. There is still room for you.
