The WellBeing Orchard is all about wellness for your whole being.
If you are looking for information, education, or experiential events to help you with your Mind, Body, and Spirit connections, this is the group for you! We love science, and we love the unexplained. You'll find a mix of practical and magical in what we offer.

- Art as Therapy - Have some fun and healing with neurographic art.
- Open Meditation Hours - We will post when our event space is simply open for you to come and practice your own meditation and to find stillness.
- Vision Board workshop - Create your vision to help you create the life you truly want.
- Breathwork Classes - Connect with your body and learn new self soothing techniques to help you manage stress.

Some of our events are free and informational and others will have fees, based on who is facilitating, materials needed, and all of that. We also will have donation based options, so please read the event descriptions carefully.

January is a great time to reconnect with yourself by honoring what has been and inviting what is to come. Join us for this deep meditation that can transport you with the theta waves into deeper parts of yourself.
What is a sound journey?
Sound Healing operates under the law of resonance, where frequencies will match with the vibrations around them. Instruments like our crystal singing bowls resonate at the theta wave level. Theta wave lengths are the brain wave lengths that initiate healing and relaxation.
Sound therapy is not a concert with sheet music. It's lead through intuition. There's not really a beat, unless a drum is being used, and overall it cannot be analyzed into music theory principles. This helps all of the musicians experience healing without getting in their heads about the theory of it all. It's experiential, not analytical.
We use crystal singing bowls, chimes, tongue drums, reiki, and flutes to create a relaxing soundscape that will transport you into deep meditation.
What to expect:
After everyone has arrived and set up their spot, we will start off with some introductions of what to expect for the specific event. We will then move into light movement, possibly offering CBD or other tinctures to help you relax. As we settle into our spots, you will be guided in a short meditation, and then the music will guide you the rest of the way. When we are wrapping up, your sound healer will guide you back into your body.
- Please arrive 10+ minutes before the start of the event to get set up.
- Wear relaxing clothes that you can move in.
- We have yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets. If you wish to bring something else for your comfort, please do.
- DO NOT arrive intoxicated, nor bring alcohol to the event.
- We ask that you put your items back after use before you leave.
- Bring water and stay hydrated, always.
Please be gentle with yourself and give yourself plenty of time before you hop in the car and drive. Make sure you are feeling back in your body and alert.
