Welcome to The Wellbeing Practice Circle, a monthly in-person gathering for anyone interested in exploring what it means to live and feel well-together.

This group offers a reflective and supportive space to slow down, connect, and practice simple habits that nurture balance, purpose, and joy.

No experience is needed- just curiosity and willingness to engage. Whether you’re a student, professional, or community member, you’ll find a welcoming circle for personal growth and connection.

What to expect:

  • 90-minute in-person gatherings once a month
  • Guided reflection and small-group sharing
  • Practical wellbeing tools based on evidence-based frameworks
  • A calm, non-judgmental space to learn and grow together
