Join us for the first gathering of The Wellbeing Practice Circle, a monthly in-person space to reflect, connect, and practice the “ingredients” of wellbeing.

Our opening session will focus on Gratitude- an essential ingredient for cultivating joy, balance, and community. Together, we’ll explore what gratitude means in our daily lives and how it can deepen our sense of connection with ourselves and others.

This first meeting will also be a chance for participants to get to know one another, share stories, and build the foundation for a supportive welbeing community in DC.

No experience is needed- just curiosity, openness, and kindness.
