Forgiveness is one of the most powerful gifts we can offer ourselves. In this month’s Community Wellbeing Circle, we will gently explore what forgiveness means, how it can support emotional healing, and how to navigate the complex feelings that often come with letting go.
Through guided reflection, group conversation, and simple mindfulness practices, we will create a supportive space to:

  • Reflect on what forgiveness looks like in our own lives
  • Explore barriers that make forgiveness hard
  • Learn tools for releasing resentment and restoring inner peace
  • Connect with others who value growth, compassion, and emotional wellbeing
