Newbies are extremely welcome!
Life In Motion runs a free high intensity interval training (HIIT) course every Saturday at Newlands Intermediate. The class is very friendly towards beginners, with low-impact versions of the exercises available at every step. You're welcome to stop and take a break any time you like in between exercise sets (no judgment!). All you need is your own mat and a water bottle to participate.
Please come and join us. This is an excellent full body routine that compliments a running regimen nicely. :)
