Breathing Techniques, Gentle Spinal Movements Chakra Meditation, and Massage for Stress Reduction and Nervous System Regulation
Learn yogic techniques and Somato Respiratory Integration (SRI) to help ease stress and bring calm into the new year. We'll also experience various gentle spinal movement (forward and backbends, side stretches, spinal twists). We will learn simple thai yoga massage techniques on our arms and legs to increase circulation and lift mood. We will end with a meditation on the 7 Chakras or energy centers.
