Dear Wellness friend:
I would love to share with you a gentle yoga/stretch practice which will help you to decrease stress and anxiety, improve spinal health and flexibility, regulate your nervous system, reverse blood flow (Legs Up the Wall) which lifts mood, lubricates the joints, muscles and fascia to help you to move much more easily, etc, etc.

Please bring a strap if you have one. And a bolster or firm pillow... Props are helpful, but not required.
