This isn’t a spa. It’s a safe and nourishing container to pause and reconnect with self. Join us for sauna & cold plunge, meditations, breathwork, somatic explorations, private group bookings or 1:1 sessions.

You will be greeting by Tyrell and guided through a landing and intention setting meditation, experience safe and connected guided breathwork meditation and sound bath, and have time to integrate and journal before moving back into live with renewed intention.

The cost for this experience is $49+GST and can be paid via e-transfer or on our website above.
