Join us for our next plant-based cooking class, where we’ll show you how to prep healthy and delicious jar meals for your busy week ahead! Learn how to create flavorful recipes using fresh ingredients and bold flavors that will keep you energized and satisfied.
This class will be a fun, interactive experience where you’ll even get to assemble your own jar meal to take home! We’ll also have a few fun prizes and a brief, engaging health talk to inspire your plant-based journey.
Please note: Unlike our previous classes, this session will focus on building one meal to take home and will feature a smaller sampling of prepared dishes. We want to give you practical, hands-on experience you can use right away!
Whether you are new to meal prepping or experienced home cook, this class is perfect for all ages and skill levels. There will be a $10 fee for adults, and as always, kids under 13 can join us for free. Please bring exact change to pay at the door.
