Having healed myself from several autoimmune conditions naturally after seven years of chronic illness, I'm passionate about sharing what I've learned — from tips on preventing Autoimmune to educating others about the everyday toxins in our homes that quietly erode our health and vitality. My hope is to help others understand that, given the right environment, the body has a remarkable capacity to heal itself.

A quick note on transparency: I have an affiliation with a company in the non-toxic living space, and I may occasionally mention or offer products of my own when they're relevant to what we're discussing. I'll always be upfront when I'm doing that, and there's never any pressure to buy anything to be part of this group.

To keep this a space for learning rather than selling, we ask that other members hold off on promoting their own products or businesses here.
