The Wholesome Way Tribe is an in-person extension of The Wholesome Way Podcast; created to bring like-minded people together to start their day with energy and unwind after work with calmness.
Every week, we host simple, energy-raising, group sessions including meditation, reflective writing, and social runs. Designed for busy professionals who want to feel more present, balanced, and energised throughout the working week.
