New Year Nature Circle: Release, Renew & Connect
Details
What We’re About: The New Year often brings a mix of feelings and the pressure to "start over." In this time of transition, we offer a safe space to acknowledge themes of the past year, helping you move forward with clarity and intention.
This 2-hour event is for you to come as you are. There is no need to perform or "fix" anything; it is a space for honest reflection and community support within nature.
The Experience
- Arrive & Ground: Settle into your senses and the physical environment.
- Community Introduction: A facilitated circle to share your intentions for the New Year
- Composting Ritual: Write down habits or emotions we are ready to release on seed paper, composting them into something new.
- Mindful Nature Walk: Gentle walk focused on sensory observation
- Closing: Final group share and reflection
