Full Moon Gathering: Elemental Embodiment & Summer Celebration

July’s Buck Moon invites us to stand fully in our strength, to grow into what we’re becoming, and to celebrate the vibrant energy of summer. This gathering will be an evening of embodiment, presence, and connection—guided by the rhythms of the season and the fullness of the moon.

We’ll begin with a special Elemental Embodiment Practice, led by Kathleen McIntyre, somatic therapist and author of The Nature Reset. This grounding, enlivening practice draws on the elements to awaken the body and open the senses. It’s also Kathleen’s birthday month, and this is one of her favorite ways to mark the fullness of life—by moving with it!
Afterward, we’ll gather in circle for nature-based reflection, ritual, and moonlit connection.
