As the September Full Moon rises, we are invited to pause, reflect, and prepare for the turning of the season. This gathering is a chance to step into community, honor what life is offering, and practice the art of responding with openness and creativity.

✨ About “Yes, And”
More than just an improv principle, “Yes, And” is a way of living. It teaches us to embrace what is (“Yes”) and add our own presence, creativity, and possibility (“And”). It helps us stay grounded in uncertainty, empowered in challenges, and connected in relationships.

✨ What to Expect
This month’s gathering will be led by Jenn Pavlin, a joyful guide who weaves improvisation into daily life. Jenn will lead us in a playful, embodied exploration of “Yes, And” through gentle movement, laughter, and presence. Expect a mix of grounding, lightness, and connection, all held under the glow of the moon.
