What we’re about

🌿 **Group Description for The Willow Circle 55+**🌿

Welcome to The Willow Circle 55+ — a gentle, supportive gathering space for older adults who are either working, or unemployed, and are homeless and experiencing housing insecurity or instability.

Employed while Homeless is a unique combination that requires balanced planning for food, safety, shelter, and meeting ones health needs. Especially moreso if there are children or pets involved.

This is not a counseling group, but a circle of shared experience, wisdom, and dignity—hosted under the umbrella of a spiritual ministry.

Here, we come together to talk, listen, and remind each other: you are not invisible, you are not alone.

For Those Who Are:

Adults aged 55 and over

Working, seeking stability, or are in life transition seeking identity

Unemployed, seeking work, stability, and other resources

Facing or recovering from housing insecurity: i.e. living out of their cars, vans, rv's or in tents.

Looking for connection, calm, and potential solutions

Held in respect, not judgment

Each gathering includes a soft check-in, optional sharing, light discussion, and ideas for real-world support. No preaching. No pressure. Just real talk, gentle presence, and the possibility of connection.

This group is offered by donation through the ministry of The Willow Tree and Tea. Your presence is welcome whether or not you can donate.

Come as you are.

Speak if you want to.

Rest if you need to.

Let yourself be heard and seen.

If you know of someone that could benefit from this group, please share the link, pass it forward.
