My name is Sifu Luca and I’m part of The Wing Chun School UK based on the Yip Man Wing Chun Kung Fu system. I’ve been learning Wing Chun for almost 10 years from my Sifu Grandmaster Garry McKenzie who learned it through the lineage direct from Grand Master Ip Ching.
I have been an assistant teacher for both kids and adult classes in London. I moved to Almada in February 2025 and I'm looking forward to offering regular outdoor classes in Almada for those living in Margem Sul / South Lisbon.
Wing Chun is the only martial art created by women and was developed from a woman's perspective. The Wing Chun system is known for being economical, efficient and direct. In Wing Chun defence and attack is one synchronised unit based on the principle of economy of motion and conservation of energies.
