Welcome to Eckankar in Manitoba and our monthly ECK Light and Sound Service. Our theme for January 2025 is “Dreams: A Source of Truth. Open the doorway to your dreams.”

You are invited to join us online, this sunday as we discover how one may learn to navigate into the inner planes through dreams.
Spirit expresses Itself in the world as Sound and Light. And you can experience these twin aspects of God's love in your life.
Our ECK Light and Sound Services offer you an opportunity to explore your own inner worlds and direct connection with the Divine.
During the event, in small break-out groups, you’ll have an opportunity to share your understsnding and experiences on how this divine gift of love is expressed and uplifts. With this inspiration, we’ll experience singing the sacred sound of HU, a love song that opens the heart to divine love and inner guidance. HU will be sung for 10-15 minutes followed by a brief period of silent contemplation.

** An Invitation to Sing HU **
You’re also invited to try this simple spiritual exercise of HU ..now.
To do the exercise, get comfortable; close your eyes and gently put your attention on your inner visual screen, between and just above the eye brows.
With eyes closed, sing HU..(pronounced like the word hue), as a song of love. You can sing it softly aloud, or quietly to yourself for several minutes. Then listen.. in a silent contemplation.. to the inner flow of the Sound Current.
