HU Is a sacred sound and ancient mantra. It is an ancient name for God that has been sung for thousands of years in many lands for spiritual unfoldment.
HU can uplift people of any religion, culture, or walk of life.
You’re invited to experience chanting HU, contemplative time, and spiritual conversation with others of like heart.

Experience the many benefits of HU: inner peace and calm, divine love, expanded awareness, spiritual self-discovery and growth, healing of the heart.

At this HU Chant, you can:

• Discover HU, an ancient mantra and sacred sound
• See how to use the HU to find your own inner guidance.
• Explore how the HU aligns Soul with higher states of love, creativity, healing and awareness.

You will be welcomed to chant out loud or simply listen, whatever is right for you. The chants last about 20 minutes, followed by brief contemplative time and conversation with others of like heart

All are welcome to this event, hosted locally by Eckankar in Manitoba. Eckankar, the Path of Spiritual Freedom, is a spiritual teaching that offers simple spiritual exercises for people of all faiths, traditions, and walks of life to develop and deepen a conscious and practical relationship with spirit.
