Mindful Saturday Stroll: Unwind & Connect
Shake off the busy week and join us for a slow, intentional walk through beautiful Battersea Park. This is a space to breathe, move at a gentle pace, and enjoy good company.

  • The Vibe: Relaxed and mindful. We’ll wander past the lake and riverside promenade, taking in the park's historic trees and peaceful scenery.
  • The Conversation: Open and easy. Chat about whatever is on your mind, or simply enjoy the quiet surroundings.
  • The Plan: We’ll walk for about 2–3 hours, but feel free to head off whenever you need.
  • The Brew: Bring along your own favourite tea or coffee or buy at the Pear tree cafe.

Battersea park is a large Victorian park, built between 1854 and 1870. It has a riverside promenade, a large lake, many notable trees and ecological areas.

Meeting point: Battersea Park Parking lot, on Prince of Wales Drive.
Location: Walk from Parking lot to Pear tree cafe, Peace Pagoda and ending back at the parking lot.
Duration: Approximately 2-3 hours.
Walk distance: Easy pace, around 2 miles (3.5 km) circular.
