Soul Attunement - Wake Up & Shake Up Wednesdays

Come join me and be a part of the Soul Attunement for Wake up Shake up Wednesdays, every other week at 10am CDT.

WHO IS THIS FOR? Light seekers, energy workers, healers, and anyone else on a journey of self-growth and -love.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE? To hold a bi-monthly virtual space to support your self-growth and to be in deep connection with a community of other fine humans, so that you can know and speak your truth and step fully into your power and purpose.

WHAT TO EXPECT? I will choose a coaching topic or area for awareness and create an hour of self-growth and discovery; sharing practical applications, tools for life, and live coaching support.

During this coaching hour, we will start by centering with an activity of my choice (breathwork, movement, or meditation). Then, I will share wisdom around a different theme/topic regarding our shared human condition (for self-awareness), facilitate practical coaching tools (for reframing/rewiring/reconditioning), and depending on time, offer hot seat coaching (for anyone brave enough to share with the group).

WHY? I want to offer these free sessions because being in regular creation, community, and connection allows me to be in my highest and most expressed service, and completely lights me up. And, bonus, it allows me to share my gifts, build community, and have a greater impact.

NOTE: These sessions are meant to be enjoyed by whoever can make it each week. They won’t be taped, so if you miss any, no worries, you weren’t meant to be there. Just catch the next one!

Also, if you have to leave early, that is ok, but I prefer not to have people in and out or coming in after the first five minutes, just out of respect for the other attendees and the sometimes very personal nature of coaching. Thank you for your understanding.
