The Women in Progress Circle

Are you building something you've never built before?

Maybe you're writing your first novel. Starting a business. Creating a nonprofit. Pulling together your first photography exhibition. Developing a creative project. Making a career change. Or simply trying to figure out what comes next.

Whatever it is, you're in progress... with the work and with the internal transformation that comes with it.

The Women in Progress Circle is a small, intimate gathering for those identifying as women who are bringing something new into the world and want a little company along the way.

This is NOT a networking event, a co-working space, a mastermind, or a class. Leave the formalities, the uncomfy clothes, the perfect hair and makeup for something else.

No one will be asked to give elevator speeches or a polished pitch. No one will have their five-year plan set in stone. No one will be trying to impress or suck up the oxygen in the room.

But! Everyone WILL have a great concept they want to share, the desire for community support so they can move forward with it AND a heart for supporting others trying to do their own "magical" thing.

This group is being created to offer a space to talk honestly about what you're making, where you're stuck, what's overwhelming, what's been difficult, what you're learning, and what you want to try next. We'll share ideas, perspectives, encouragement, resources, and even a little creative problem solving along the way.

This group will be kept intentionally small. It won't be a big time-commitment. It will be a way to touch-base, connect, share, take notes, be inspired, and feel seen and heard by others who "get it".

Each gathering will have fewer than 10 participants so there is actually time to talk, listen, ask questions, and get to know the people in the room.

The location will vary depending on the size of those who are interested. Once we start meeting regularly enough, I am sure we will find spots that we love the most, but for now we may gather around a table in a cozy local setting or even a private home. If there is a ton of interest, we'll find a space where we can comfortably bring everyone together. The goal is always the same: create a welcoming room where everyone has space to participate.

You don't have to call yourself an entrepreneur or even consider yourself a "creative" to be in this group! You just need to be making something that matters to you. Something meaningful to your soul's calling, or something that will make an impact on the world.

Come with the thing you're working on, the questions you can't quite answer, or just an idea that is still taking shape.

We can figure it out together. With support, laughs, and PRESENCE.

Being in progress is exciting but can be a lot when you are doing it alone. So let's carry that burden together.

NOTE: There are dues associated with this group to cover the cost of Meetup as well as cover other things for us (we all deserve some treats!). That said, everyone gets 60 days to join and see if this is something right for their journey first before being asked to commit. :)
