Hi, I'm Elizabeth--a licensed relational therapist, and I will be facilitating this group focusing on supporting women through individual and collective healing journeys. In this 8-week series (starting March 12th), we will explore topics like shadow/parts, identity exploration, personal development, art as therapy, group therapy, spiritual awareness, and collective healing. The collective is dedicated to providing a nurturing space for women to connect, heal, and grow together. Join us for discussions on relationships, life transitions (like menopause, empty nesting, divorce, aging, faith transitions), somatic healing, and women helping women through it all.

The group will run in-person in my therapy office in Bellevue (location will be shared with committed participants), with a maximum of 6 participants to provide an energy for relationships to flourish. Pricing is $50 per session (meeting weekly on Thursday evenings for two hours).
