The Divine Feminine Retreat

The Divine Feminine Retreat will take place Jan 10-12, 2025, and offers participants a unique opportunity for holistic healing of physical body, mental wellbeing, emotional and energetic health.

THE RETREAT:
Dr Anthony will take a group of women on a healing journey to shine light on the shadows that exist within all of us, release stories that no longer serve and step together into the New Year refreshed. What to expect:

• Physical profiling: Dr Anthony will take your individual bloods at retreat and provide results 10-14 days later via a 30-minute video call. In this 121 consultation, you will receive a tailored supplement regime to support your healing.
• Mental and emotional processing: Shamanic womb healing, breathwork, hot and cold water therapy.
• Embodiment practices: Movement, guided meditations, shamanic fire ceremony and time in nature.
• Group connection: Sharing circles and quality time with other women on a journey of personal development.

THE VENUE:
We are staying at luxury eco-retreat centre, The Deerstone. Just an hour from Dublin, this tranquil haven has everything you need to rest, connect and re-set as we step into the New Year. Here's what to expect:

• Two-nights accommodation in a private room. A limited number of shared rooms are available at a discounted rate, contact us for pricing.
• All meals included and catered for by an exemplary private chef.
• Free use of all facilities including sauna, hot tubs, outdoor hydro-pool, and the many nearby trails.
• Time to integrate, make use of the facilities and connect with each other. However, we also respect silence and solitude outside of group sessions if that's what you need.
• There is an on-site masseuse available for one-hour bookings (€150 per hour). Must be booked ahead of retreat.

ABOUT DR ANTHONY:
Dr Anthony is a medical doctor and PhD who studied for 20 years in higher education, achieved four degrees and spent a decade in academic clinical research. He is also a shaman and reiki master trained in advanced energetic healing practices, womb and ancestral healing. He works privately as a medical shaman and intuitive healer at his Intuitive Health practice in Dublin.
