Coffee Shops, Bookstores & Conversations: We’ll explore ideas about philosophy, spirituality, psychology, creativity, dreams, relationships, purpose, and the many ways we each make meaning of being alive. There’s no pressure to have all the answers. Bring your curiosity, your questions about life, or simply yourself.

Writers’ Circle: Writing down our thoughts/ experience and feelings is important to a creative and intellectual life. Let's share our poetry, prose, journaling, or an unfinished poem, a strange idea, or your favorite book!

Wonder Walks: Hiking, nature walks & picnics

Creative Field Trips: thrift store meetups, art classes, museums, galleries, theater, ballet, jazz, music performances, etc.

Soul Sessions: I am a certified sound healer and meditation teacher and would love to lead meditation circles, sound healing, and spiritual development & intention-setting events.
