Hello Friends!

Everyone is welcome to question their stressful thinking, and see what life can be like when we don't believe everything painful that we think.

The Work of Byron Katie or Inquiry Based Stress Reduction (IBSR) is our tool. First Friday and Third Tuesday Inquiries are free for everyone interested in investigating their suffering, learning from others, listening and using this powerful hour as a deep dive into understanding ourselves better.

Grace Bell is our host, of Work With Grace LLC, long-time trained in The Work of Byron Katie (Certified 2007), MA Applied Behavioral Science. Grace has worked many years with clients, groups, retreats and online programs investigating freedom from stressful thinking, anxiety, addictive processes (especially eating issues) and suffering.
