
What we’re about
We all want to exercise more, but gyms and personal trainers are expensive (in this economy?!) and when you're on your own it can be tough to find consistent motivation.
That's why I'm hosting easy workouts (generally suitable for healthy adults aged ~ 18-45) in select public parks across Central & Southern California. Workouts vary day-to-day but generally include stretching, yoga, bodyweight and cardio exercises. Occasionally some basketball. Ideal for anyone looking to get in shape that needs somewhere easy to start, and a community to keep them honest.
What to bring: water, towel, comfortable clothes, athletic shoes, jacket/sweatshirt, positive attitude. All are welcome but you must SIGN THE WAIVER (https://forms.gle/PwoWxPyHmU4wLtBC6) before you can participate.
