### WHAT TO EXPECT
Channeled messages will come through as time permits to address a question, concern, or problem for which you may need guidance or clarity. You will be asked to come prepared with a question prior to the event. The energy can be overwhelming at times, so writing down your question will help you stay focused when called upon, or can easily be handed to a moderator if you are uncomfortable asking the question yourself.
Answers received are often clear and direct. You will find that the answers that come from The One address specific questions, but also address the needs of all those in attendance. If you are uncomfortable asking a question, the event is still a wonderful opportunity for guidance and healing.
Attendees who wish to have a question answered will be called on to speak directly with the channel, or may give their question to a moderator to ask on their behalf. You may ask a question for yourself or someone you care about, whether it’s about home life, relationships, a pet, career decisions, or the next step on your journey. The choice is yours!

## ABOUT SANARE WELLNESS CENTER
Sanaré Wellness Center is located in Hartford county in the skiing town of Southington, CT. Their holistic wellness center and gift shop is ideally located just 5 minutes off I-84, and minutes from downtown on the first floor of a serene office space. There is ample off-street parking and is wheelchair accessible. They offer individual and group Energy Healing Sessions, and host events in their EE System treatment space.
