Let's Do A Writing Exercise Together! [Adjectives & Adverbs]

This time, I'll be facing my eternal nemesis: adjectives & adverbs (chapter 5). Join me in this fight ;)
For those who're new here, we're working through Ursula K. Le Guin's craft guide "Steering the Craft" one chapter at a time.
Agenda
We'll be doing one exercise this time where we'll try swearing off adjectives and adverbs entirely.
Prework
Please read the chapter (uploaded here) before the meetup.
If we have the time, we'll be hearing everyone's pieces. Otherwise, we'll work with select volunteers ;) Pen and paper (or writing tablet) works best for this sort of thing, but no stress if you want to stick to laptops.
Tentative Plan
1. Intros and we discuss the chapter (15 minutes).
2. We spend 45 minutes doing the exercise.
3. We spend 15-30 minutes discussing our pieces and giving feedback. Sharing is optional.
Notes
1. This is an English language meetup where we'll be speaking and reading English.
2. Please make sure to order something as we'll be hanging around for a while.
