Welcome everyone and give new members a chance to introduce themselves and share what they’re working on.

🎯 Writing Goals — 5 minutes
Briefly share what you want to accomplish during tonight’s writing session.

✍🏽 Dedicated Writing Time — 50 minutes
Use focused time to write, edit, revise, brainstorm, or develop your project.

📖 Read, Share & Feedback — 20 minutes
At least 3 writers can share up to 5 minutes each, followed by brief feedback and encouragement from the group.

✨ Wrap-Up & Next Week — 5 minutes
Share a quick takeaway, celebrate progress, and set your goal for the next meeting.
