Power of Fire

Hello lovely Wytchery people! The next Wytchery workshop is open for booking now. It will be on Wednesday 10th December 7-9pm at Treadwells Bookshop in London as usual. Please arrive at the shop in plenty of time for a prompt 7pm start.

We will continue our experience of the four classical elements with a Yule-themed journey into the element of Fire, starting as usual with a discussion of its meaning, correspondences and the dangers and beauties of working with this powerful element. We will continue with some energy work and the crafting of our intention, then we will move into a small fire ritual in which you will craft a candle spell and offer up your intention to the power of Fire. You will walk away with your candle and some more skills to add to your own wytching box of tricks.

Note that we are asking for a fee of £10 (+booking fee) to cover Treadwell’s overheads as well as the cost of any supplies. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early as we start promptly at 7pm.

The Wytchery is an inclusive and welcoming space for solitary witches with little or no experience working with a group. We believe that magic is for everyone, and we strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you can feel free to be yourself. Our workshops are perfect for those who are new to the craft or haven't had much experience working in a group.

You're free to drop in and out as you please, and you'll get hands-on experience with all sorts of magical goodies, from raising power and working spells to creating talismans and magical tools. We're all about getting involved, whether that's through movement, crafting, or meditation. You'll meet new people, learn new skills, and have the chance to contribute to our little community.

We're not in this to make a profit – we just want to create a lovely, social space for like-minded witches to come together and learn from each other. We're always learning, and we're sure you'll find something to inspire you or to help hone your skills. We find we learn new things all the time, even after years of magical practice.
