The Yard Coffee is your Third Place in Redwood City. Located right in the heart of downtown Redwood City. We want you to experience a laid-back atmosphere where you can mingle with the local community. We have a variety of regular events that will be posted here.

Join us every other Sunday as we wake up the body with a gentle 45-minute yoga flow in The Yard’s cozy courtyard! Stick around after the yoga session for a coffee/tea social to meet others in the community and ease into your day.

What to bring: A yoga mat and water (optional: blanket or towel for sensitive knees / yoga blocks)
Where: The Yard Coffee Courtyard
When: Every other Sunday (unless otherwise notified) | 8-8:45am

Open to all levels and free/donation-based.
