A forum to meditate in a group setting. Meditating in a group can help amplify the experience of meditation. I have been meditating now, most days, for the best part of five or so years and have seen significant benefits in my life. I have also meditated in groups before and find it does make an extra difference to meditating on my own.
We do not have to follow any particular meditation doctrine or practice, we can research different meditation practices/styles, and explore them as a group and see which ones we like.
If we wish to, we can also discuss other consciousness related topics.
All are welcome - this group is for those who have never tried meditation but are curious and equally, for those who meditate routinely and wish to meditate in a group setting.
