Start your morning saluting the sun with our Surya Sol Flow (Vinyasa) class at The Yoga Hostel: Home in Graça with a view that overlooks all of Lisbon!
This class will be inspired by a sequence that invites each part of you to wake up with ease, alignment, and ever-flowing movement all while tuning in to music that cultivates the light we are calling into our day.
This is a one-hour class that includes yoga mats, props, essential oils, angel card reading, glitter, and a cup of tea!
