Gentle and slow. This class offers deeper longer holds, some balance and a savasana meditation.

Beginner friendly:) I express how to get into each pose and check for proper alignment.

Hands of assists are offered if you opt in which most students love. This helps deepen stretches or gently adjusts alignment.

This will be a smaller more intimate class size which allows for a more mindful and personal experience.

PLEASE BRING:
-cotton towel or blanket (allows our bodies to ground) otherwise bring a yoga mat if preferred
-a good attitude :)

I am 2x certified and have been a yogi for 11 years.
