YOGA ~ Gentle flow *DONATION DECEMBER*

For the ENTIRE month of December, the studio I teach at (yogi union) is offering pay what you can drop in rates. You can take as many classes as you would like for any price, even $1!! (For this rate just drop into the studio, and there is a qr code to scan or we can pay at the desk)

This GENTLE FLOW class is calm, slow, stretchy, meditative and may include some props. Gently heated with an option for hands on adjustments.
