Hoping for nice weather!!Gentle and slow yoga.

This session starts with a cleansing where I use either sage/palo santo/natural herb. You will experience gentle movement followed by deeper and longer holds, maybe some balance like tree and an extended savasana meditation.

Beginner friendly:) I express how to get into each pose and check for proper alignment.

Hands on assists are offered if you opt in, which most students love. This helps deepen stretches or gently adjusts alignment.

This will be a smaller more intimate class size which allows for a more mindful and personal experience. Typically 1-5 people

PLEASE BRING:
-cotton towel or blanket (allows our bodies to ground) otherwise bring a yoga mat if preferred
-a good attitude :)

I am 2x certified and have been a yogi for 11 years.
