About us
A relaxed meetup for women under 35 in leadership roles who want to intentionally grow professionally while building strong networks with others on a similar path. Leadership can be exciting, challenging, and sometimes lonely — and stepping into leadership as a young woman can bring its own unique dynamics.
Many of us find ourselves navigating challenging personalities, people leadership and at times the realities of sexism or being underestimated in our fields, while also balancing home life, relationships and maintaining a social life. This space aims to support both professional growth and genuine connection.
This group creates space to share insights, debrief experiences, and learn from one another in a supportive and safe environment. The focus is on growing our knowledge, strengthening connections, and building a community of support among emerging women leaders.
No panels, no pressure just thoughtful conversation, shared experiences, and the occasional wine. 🍷
We meet on the last Friday of each month at 4:30pm, at a bar in central Christchurch.
