♾️ INTEGRATION -- HUH?
TLDR*; Integration is a meaning-making process after your psychedelic experiences.*
An integration circle is basically a group of humans sitting together after a psychedelic experience to help their minds, bodies, and spirits catch up with whatever cosmic freight train just blew through them. It’s not therapy and definitely not a confession booth - so be mindful about boundaries and how much you share. It’s a structured pause where everyone gets to metabolize the insights instead of letting them float off like balloons into the void.
🤓 AGREEMENTS - READ ALL OF THIS:
- Please don’t come to an integration circle to gather stories or probe other people’s journeys. These spaces are meant for those who are actively integrating their own experience, or preparing for an upcoming one and need room to explore their feelings. Your presence should support the container, not mine it.
- Covid Safety: Masks are encouraged but not required.
While undeniably therapeutic, integration circles are not therapy. Our framework is educational and peer-supported. - Arrive at the door promptly at 7pm. We will lock the door at 7:05pm and we will wrap up by 8:30pm.
- Please keep your RSVP accurate to allow space for others to attend if you cannot make it. After three no-shows, you will be blocked from attending future events.
- Confidentiality: What is shared at integration circle evaporates into the void and is not to be repeated - do not share anything about anyone's experience but your own outside of this space.
🚫 Solicitation / Self-promotion
Requests to obtain substances or referrals at Zome Psychedelic events is strictly unwelcome. Soliciting puts our community at risk and will not be tolerated. Please help keep these spaces safe by refraining from this entirely.
🔵 Facilitation Style
I aim to create a space where people can share at their own pace without being steered or analyzed. I facilitate in a way that’s grounded in openness, gentle curiosity, and shared participation. I will not dominate the space - I encourage the wisdom of the group to emerge. When someone is speaking, I ask participants to refrain from jumping in with questions unless the person sharing has explicitly said they’re open to it and to refrain from cross-talk. If questions are welcome, they should come from a place of genuine curiosity rather than interrogation or advice-giving. This keeps the space gentle, spacious, and centered on each person’s inner process.
With gratitude - TATI 💖
