OK ... it's Sunday and nobody wants to run up a big hill. So, we take the 916 to ZH Allmend and run from there!

Now the bus leaves at 14:06 from Küsnacht ZH, Oberwacht, 8700 Küsnacht. Google says it's 6 min walk from the bahnhof and the later train gets in at 13:57 giving you a generous 9 minutes !

Trail is circa 5.7 miles and is through varied terrain. Mostly pram friendly with workarounds where not.

It is A to B (i.e we don't return to where we started). Close to B there are several on after options for those wishing to eat.

Bag drop will be open fron 13:45 until 14:00. It will be in the north side carpark - see above.

If you have not hashed before, a Sunday true trail is typically 8-10km, and there are all speeds in the group, including walkers who normally do a shorter route. If you are a slow runner, you will do something close to true trail distance, as there are places where the trail disappears, and the front runners have to find it - while they are looking, the rest of us have a chance to catch up. If you are a quick runner you will go further, probably around 10k.The hare (person who lays the trail) is really aiming for everyone to get to the end at about the same time in order to take part in the more social side of the run.
