International Dragon Boat Team – Recruitment Training Session!
Open to all – beginners and experienced paddlers welcome!
Whether you are a seasoned paddler or just dragon-boat curious, we welcome you to join us for a fun, full-body workout on the water. It’s the perfect opportunity to learn a iconic team sport while meeting an active, international community.
In this hands-on session, you’ll get to:

Participation Fee:
🔹 The 852 Members: HK$200
🔹 Non-Members: HK$250

- Quick-dry athletic wear & gym gloves
- Water & sun protection (sunscreen, cap, sunglasses)
- Towel & change of dry clothes
- Footwear: barefoot / water shoes / flip-flops
- Bags stored unattended; bring only essentials (phone/wallet) in a waterproof bag during the session.
