Join limited series of Yin Yoga Therapy sessions with Adrianna Lawera, a visiting Wellness Coach based in Maldives, dedicated to the well-being and self-care through Yin & Sound Yoga Therapy.

Yin Yoga is a floor-based, passive practice that targets your deep connective tissues, fascia, bones, and joints to boost flexibility, stimulate synovial fluid, and build bone density.
Each session is a unique blend of slow & deep stretching, meridian activation, and mindful stillness—leaving you feeling profoundly relaxed, rejuvenated, and resilient from the inside out. It's your essential practice for improving sleep quality, anti-aging and lifelong joint health.
