A Pause Among Books 🔍🎨✍️

Hi everyone, how are you doing?
I hope that this first month of the new year has started well for you all.

I’m passing by to announce a new Art of Noticing gathering that will take place at the Médiathèque José Cabanis - a space of stories, quiet corners, words, images, and hidden details waiting to be noticed.
This time, we’ll wander surrounded by books, light, architecture, and whispers of other readers, and we’ll slow down and explore.

👁️‍🗨️ What we’ll do

• notice what usually fades into the background
• tune into textures, sounds, rhythms, and moods
• let curiosity guide you through unexpected observations

✨ Creative tools
We’ll use writing, drawing, and simple noticing exercises to capture impressions - fragments, words, shapes, feelings - as a way to connect more deeply with the present moment.

No writing or drawing experience is needed.
This space is about presence, play, and exploration, not performance or perfection.

• A notebook or sketchbook
• Your favorite pen or colors
• An open and curious mind
