Let's Discuss... Small Governments!
Details
With our modern fast communications, we can expand our domain of government either through expansion or unitisation like the EU, WHO, or any type of advisory governing body. Are broad and generalized policies the best way? Could smaller governments serve people better?

What could be the positive and negative side effects of large or small governments?
Do we need to have governments? If yes what is the responsibility of the government? and what should they not get involved in?
Could small governments reduce corruption?
