Let's Discuss... Can democracy survive in a ignorant society?
Details
Democracy is a system that empowers the people to pave the way for the future of their country. But can people make good choices if they lack the knowledge to support a vision?
Can an ignorant society be encouraged to seek knowledge? And can knowledge help fully harness the potential of democratic ideals?
Would ignorance lead to following the loudest voices or any voice wrapped with a facade of good intentions?
Is intentionally keeping society ignorant a strategy for achieving mass compliance? and can compliant population make a effective democratic choice?
