We live in an age where privacy is increasingly elusive. Governments and corporations demand we hand over our data, often for our protection, lest we forfeit their services. In many cases we don't have the agency to consent or withdraw. Our digital footprint follows us and spreads in ways most people do not understand and cannot prevent without making regular life extremely impractical.

Is it worth giving up our privacy for the promise of future safety?

Does disclosure always create safety?

If we have nothing to hide, is it moral to be surveilled?

14:00 ish - We will be splitting into smaller groups for more engaging discussion about what interests each of you.
