On Saturday, September 14, 2024, we invite you to step into a sanctuary of relaxation at the serene Sonrise Barn in Avon Lake.
This magical evening will guide you into deep relaxation, starting with a guided breathwork session designed to help you enter a deeply meditative state. From there, we will immerse you in the soul-soothing frequencies of a healing sound bath, allowing you to release stress and reconnect with your inner peace. There will be time to ask questions or share about your experience if you feel called to.

Afterward, if the weather allows, the beautiful and welcoming owner of Sonrise Barn is inviting all those who wish to linger a little longer to gather around a cozy fire. Here, we’ll share moments of warmth, laughter, and community under the stars.

If you love animals you're going to love meeting the adorable animals that live in the Sonrise Barn. There will be some special organic treats for you to feed to the Sonrise Barn residents.

No prior experience is needed to participate—this event is open to anyone looking to unwind, reset, and enjoy a peaceful evening in the company of like-hearted souls. Whether you’re new to breathwork or a seasoned practitioner, we’d love to welcome you.
