1. Video must be on, and any screens left blank will be moved into the waiting room.

2. Please be early and ON TIME so as not to disrupt the flow/energy of the group, and access to the group will be closed eight minutes after the start of the session (Late 8 Rule will be strictly enforced, unless pre-approved by group Admins that you are running late with advanced notice).

3. Please DO NOT be under the "INFLUENCE" of any alcohol, illegal drugs, or strong medications when attending this group.

4. Please do not eat, smoke, or constantly move around with your phone while on camera, as this can be distracting for others in the group while in the gallery (turn the camera setting off or step out of the camera shot). Drinks, like water, coffee, or tea, are ok.

5. Please dress appropriately and have a camera angle view showing the upper part of the body only (head, shoulders, torso, etc.).

6. No Ego, competition, or judgment allowed. We DO NOT diagnose or prescribe to others in the working group.

7. Last but not least...HAVE FUN, LEARN, GROW, HEAL, ASCEND, AND TRANSFORM!
